Dalwinder Hayer (Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public)

After completing his Master’s in Economics and Law degree he started Immigration practice. He has twenty years of experience handling family class applications, temporary workers, HRSDC applications, Investor and business applications, adoptions, appeals to the immigration appeal division and the federal court of Canada.

Mr. Hayer regularly visits India to prepare his clients for interviews and their applications to be submitted to the visa office and regarding their appeals to the Immigration Appeal Division.

Sophia
After finishing her post-graduation, in Mass Communication she joined our firm as an Immigration Paralegal. Sophia has extensive experience dealing with family class and skilled worker applications. She has premium communication skills in English and Punjabi languages. At this time she is also preparing to be a member of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants.

Tina

Tina joined our office in July 2008 as a Legal Assistant and at present she is doing her LL.B Degree at Punjab University Chandigarh. She assits our clients to complete their applications in India. She has extensive knowledge in family class, skilled worker, business immigration, work permit applications and study permit applications.
